Truework Account Types and Payment Requirements
To ensure uninterrupted access to verification services, Truework requires all Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) customers to maintain a valid payment method on file.
⚠️ Invalid Payment Method Notification
If you receive an email alerting you that your payment method is invalid, please update your credit card information promptly to continue submitting and viewing verification reports.
🔄 How to Update Your Payment Information
For Individual PAYG Users:
If you are not part of a Truework Team or your Team has not enabled the Team payment option, you can update your payment details directly from your Truework dashboard. Click here to learn how.
For Truework Team Members:
If your organization uses the Team payment option, only your designated Team Admin can update the account’s payment method. Please contact your Team Admin directly to make changes.
🚫 What Happens if You Don’t Update
Failure to maintain a valid payment method will prevent you from submitting new verifications and accessing completed reports.
