Truework previously operated two types of Products:
- Our HR Product, which automated verification of income and employment (VOIE) requests on behalf of HR/People teams, when their employees were in the middle of a financial transaction (such as a home mortgage, auto loan, and more). Additionally, the product allowed the employees to self serve, and generate lightweight letters for situations like apartment rentals, as well as a way for HR/People teams to mass generate letters for their employees.
- Our Verifier/Lender product (Truework Income) in which we serve major financial institutions and banks to verify income and employment of anyone in the US with the highest completion rate and fastest turn around time to facilitate transactions in a timely manner.
We announced in late 2024 that we would be sunsetting the HR Product with the official last day of service on March 31, 2025.
There are some key features that may not look or behave the same as you were familiar with. Below are a few helpful guides to share some of the changes.
I am on the HR/People Team that previously partnered with Truework
If you previously had admin access to the Truework Dashboard for your company, your account has been converted from a Truework Admin, to a regular user (“HR Responder”) that can respond to any verification requests we have of your employees.
You will no longer have access to create letter templates or generate letters on behalf of your employees through the platform.
If Truework no longer has a HR Product, why is Truework reaching out to ask me to fill out a Verification on behalf of my employee?
A feature of the Truework HR Product was the ability to automate these requests coming from lenders/major financial institutions on behalf of your company but utilizing the integration that was built and set prior to going live with your company. Since the product is now sunsetted, we no longer have access to your employee data to automate these, and therefore will now be requesting a response from you as the HR/People team of the employee.
In these cases, Truework will reach out to you and require you to fill out the information to ensure that your employees get their information verified in a timely manner and don’t hold up their processing of a financial transaction (home mortgage, HELOC, auto loan, etc). For more information about this, or for instructions on filling out this form, please click here.
I am an Employee and am trying to obtain my income and employment letter
Unfortunately, Truework no longer offers this feature as it was part of the Truework HR Product. Please contact your HR/People team representative to learn how to get an income and employment verification letter.
I can’t login using my SSO (Single Sign On) service
If you previously used SSO to log into your Truework dashboard, you will now need to perform a password reset in order to set a password and login, as SSO was a feature of the HR Product.
Thanks for the guide, but I need help with something else
