I use Truework in Encompass. Is it D1C certified?

  • Updated

Click here for a definition of Day 1 Certainty (D1C).

If your request is Day 1 Certainty (D1C)-eligible, the DU reference number will automatically populate to the GSEVENDOR fields in Encompass®, so you will not manually input the D1C Reference Number from the Truework verification report. This will give you easy-to-access representation and warrant relief for Income and Employment.

If the loan application includes both a borrower and a co-borrower, and both reports are D1C eligible, the DU reference number will populate with the Borrower DU Reference Number followed by the Co-borrower DU Reference Number.  If only one report is D1C eligible a single DU Reference Number will populate.  You will need to reference the individual reports to determine which applicant the DU Reference Number applies to.
