Accessing Receipts and Invoices in Truework
🔔 Note: If you're part of a Truework Team, please reach out to your Team Admin for information regarding billing and invoicing. You can learn more about Truework Teams here.
Once your verification request is completed, a receipt will be automatically emailed to you and made available within your dashboard.
To view it:

Navigate to your Truework dashboard

Click into the specific report

Select the “Receipt” tab on the right-hand side
For Enterprise Team Members:
If you are on an Enterprise Team, receipts will not appear in-product, and you will not be charged at the time of submission. Billing is handled at the team level.
Previously on an Enterprise Team?
If you were formerly part of an Enterprise Team and are now a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) user, you’ll receive receipts via email, and they’ll also be accessible from your dashboard alongside each report.
To request copies of past invoices or for any billing questions, feel free to contact our support team at support@truework.com.
Just so you know, although a valid payment method is required to submit a verification request, Truework will NEVER charge you until you receive a completed verification. Once the verification is completed, your account will be charged, and a receipt will be sent.
