Truework provides verification of income and employment directly to individuals with a legitimate permissible purpose. We cannot process income or employment verifications when submitted by the applicant or employee themselves.
If you need a copy of your employment and income data, check out our Truework Letter product. If a Truework Letter isn’t available, a third party, such as a loan processor or landlord, must request the verification on your behalf.
To prevent fraud and ensure we only share sensitive information with legitimate parties, Truework requires the verifier (e.g. lender or landlord) to provide a signed authorization form stating that you authorize them to access your data.
Please note: We are unable to provide pay stubs or W-2s. You need to contact your employer’s HR or payroll department for this information.
