How to set up your account (Step-by-Step):
Step 1: Access your Encompass Account. Click on 'Services'
Step 2: From the 'Services' tab, click on 'Verifications'. Select 'Truework' from the drop-down list of providers
Step 3: Login to Truework using your Truework credentials (you only have to log in one time)
Step 4: You'll be taken to 'Start a Verification Request' page (if no existing requests are currently in progress)
Step 5: Select your desired report type, and submit an authorization form with the order
Step 6: You're all set! Once a verification request is submitted, you are able to track the progress of the order within in Encompass.
Check the status of your verifications:
> Click on the pending verification within Encompass.
> 'Check Status' page will open and show the most recent updates to your active orders.
Reverify: To order a reverification on a completed report, click on the 'Reverify' button next to a completed order. This can be done via Dashboard, or the 'My Requests' tab.
Respond: Your verification specialist may need to reach out to you to request additional information required to complete your request. You can respond to them by clicking on the 'Respond' button next to the active verification. You can also relay any details that you'd like obtained on the report to your specialist here.
Cancel Orders: You can cancel an order 48 after submission. Cancelled requests have no charge. In order to cancel an active order, click on the 'Cancel Request' button at the top right hand corner of the page.
