🛠️ Setting Up Truework in Encompass

  1. Access Services: Log into your Encompass account and navigate to the Services tab. 

  2. Select Truework: Under the Verifications section, choose Truework from the list of providers.

  3. Log In: Enter your Truework credentials. You'll only need to do this once.

  4. Initiate Verification: You'll be directed to the Start a Verification Request page.

📄 Submitting a Verification Request

  1. Choose Report Type: Select the desired verification report (e.g., VOE or VOI).

  2. Provide Authorization: Upload the necessary authorization form.

  3. Submit Request: Once submitted, you can track the progress directly within Encompass.

🔄 Managing Your Verifications

  • Check Status: Click on the pending verification to view real-time updates.

  • Reverify: Need to update a completed report? Use the Reverify option.

  • Respond to Inquiries: If additional information is required, you'll receive a prompt to respond.

  • Cancel Requests: Cancel within 48 hours of submission by reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Cancellations can be completed via your account after 48 hours.
