What happens if I am unable to connect to my payroll account?

Once your payroll platform has been identified as a good candidate for Truework Credentials, we will send you an email asking you to log in to your payroll provider.

If you run into an issue connecting your payroll account, try using these tips to troubleshoot the connection.

If troubleshooting the connection doesn't work, don't worry. Truework has a team of verification experts who will immediately contact your HR team to verify your income and employment data manually and securely.
