How to Set up and use your Truework Account (Step-by-Step):
Step 1: Visit Truework.com and access your Dashboard
You'll see the following tabs:
- Pending Requests: Here are you can see all of your active verifications. Check on the status of your active orders, and review any actions that are required for completion
- My Requests: View all of your submitted orders here. You can also access any requests for additional information and provide us with additional details on your order(s)
- Start a New Request: Here are you can submit a new order. Be sure to request the proper report type. More details on the types of reports offered can be found here.
- Enterprise: Check on the status of orders, and add additional information to requests. View only available under certain settings. Contact Team Admin for more details.
- Chat/Support: This will connect you to a live customer support agent that is available to chat with you in real time! You can also visit support@truework.com or give us a call at (833) 878-3967 for additional assistance from our customer support agents.
Step 2: Submit an Order
1. 'Start a New Request' Fill out borrower's information. The more information that you can include upon submission of your new order, the higher the chances of faster turnaround times and higher completion rates. Be sure to provide as much information about the employer as possible.
2. Select the 'verification type' and 'permissible purpose' that most closely related to your business use case. You only have to select this once, as it will be saved to your account for future verification orders.
3. Select the type of verification you'd like to order. Verification of Employment (VOE) or a Verification of Income (VOI). Details on both report types and what they include can be found here.
Step 3: Maintaining Your Verifications
Reverify: To order a reverification, click on the 'Reverify' button next to a completed order. This can be done via Dashboard, or the 'My Requests' tab.
Respond: Your verification specialist may need to reach out to you to request additional information required to complete your request. You can respond to them by clicking on the 'Respond' button next to the active verification. You can also relay any details that you'd like obtained on the report to your specialist here.
Cancel Orders: You can cancel an order 48 after submission. Cancelled requests have no charge. In order to cancel an active order, click on the 'Cancel Request' button at the top right hand corner of the page.
