Truework has implemented a temporary account lockout for failed login attempts. This lockout is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible for legitimate users, while protecting accounts from malicious attempts at unauthorized access.
What to do if you get a lock out message
When signing in, if you get a lock out message, it is important that you refrain from attempting to login again until at least 5 minutes have passed. Continuing to attempt to login will delay the lockout, so for the best experience, please wait at least 5 minutes.
If you are locked out because you've forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset your password - but note that changing your password does not automatically fix the lockout -- it is best to wait the 5 minutes before attempting to change your password in order to ensure you'll be able to login again without prolonging the lockout.
