To send a Health Survey to all employees, log into your Truework COVID-19 Health Dashboard. From there, select "Send Health Survey."
A modal will appear in the center of your screen. Select "Send Survey."
Note that you always have the option to preview the default health survey before sending.
A banner at the top of your dashboard will confirm that the survey has been sent:
Employees will receive an email in their inbox inviting them to submit their most recent health status. To learn more about the employee experience, visit this article: Completing Your Covid-19 Health Survey.
You can review employee statuses directly through your Health Dashboard. To see the most recent results that have rolled in, click "Last Updated" directly through your dashboard:
If any employee reports that they have tested positive or are showing symptoms, Truework will notify all Health Admins.
