You can send a health survey to an individual employee by going directly to their Health Profile.

Sending the Survey:
From your Health Dashboard, search for the employee by name:
Then, click into their profile by selecting the arrow on the right-hand side:
From the employee profile, select the "Send Health Survey" button:
A banner will appear on your screen to confirm that the survey has been sent.
Receiving the Survey:
Once the survey has been sent by a Truework Health Admin, the employee will receive the following email in their inbox:
They will then select "Update Your Health Status" and submit the appropriate information.

Reviewing Survey Results
Once an individual has filled out their survey, Truework Health Admins can review the results directly from their dashboards. To do so, search for the employee in question and click into their profile. You can learn more about the profile here: Navigating the Employee Profile.
If the employee tests positive or reports that they are showing symptoms, Truework Health Admins will receive a notification.
