If your employer uses Truework to manage employee COVID-19 health statuses, it is likely that they will be sending you health surveys on a regular basis. The purpose of these surveys is to ensure that you and your colleagues can safely opt-in to returning the work.
Truework offers two ways to receive and complete COVID-19 Health Surveys:
- Receiving and completing via email
- Receiving and completing via URL
In both cases, you have the ability to access and complete your survey on mobile.
Receiving and Completing your COVID-19 Health Survey via Email
In this instance you would receive a version of this email in your inbox. Note that this email is coming directly from your employer to you.
Click "Update Your Health Status." Once you do so, a survey will open up in a new window. Complete the appropriate fields, and then press submit. The data you have chosen to share will then be sent back to the appropriate stakeholders at your company.
You'll receive a confirmation email once you complete the survey. Note that you can always share additional updates, as needed:
Receiving and Completing your COVID-19 Health Survey via URL
Your employer may also choose to distribute the health survey via URL. In this instance, you can expect to receive a link sent directly from their email to your inbox. When you click on the link, you will be brought to a login page where you will be asked to type in your employer's name:
Click "Get Started" and then enter your work email:
Select "Send Magic Link" and return to your inbox, where you will see this email awaiting:
Select "Complete Survey."
You're off and running from there!
