From your Truework Admin Dashboard, select “Generate Letter.”
Upon doing so, you’ll be prompted to select the letter template you would like to generate. You’ll find a comprehensive list of letters you’ve built from the drop-down menu beneath “Template.”
Next, type the name of the employee for whom you are generating this letter. Their email will auto-fill for you.
If your letter contains Custom Variables, note that you will be presented with the option to edit the default text in the variable before sending:
From here, all you’ll have the option to either download the letter, or send it directly to the employee’s inbox. If you would like to confirm the content of the letter before sending it along, we such downloading first as a best practice. Once you’re satisfied, hit “Send”!
