If the person you're trying to verify is an employee with the company, we are able to complete a verification for them!
If the person you are trying to verify is a driver for a ride-share company such as Lyft or Uber, they are not considered employees of the company. They are instead contractors. This means that we are not able to complete a verification of employment or income for this person.
However, upon request, gig-economy companies such as Lyft or Uber will provide their drivers with 1099-K forms. These forms include "the gross amount of all reportable payment transactions" - in other words, all of the money earned as a driver in the past year.
You can check out our blogs on Lyft and Uber for more information on verifications through these companies, or reach out to our support team.
